Jonathan Letourneau

Jonathan Letourneau is a strategic innovator and problem solver focused on systems design from the perspective of human centered design. He contributes to the Brigham Digital Innovation Hub (iHub) through his interdisciplinary background spanning user experience, business strategy, and visual design. Prior to joining the iHub, Jonathan spent time at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute where he helped lead the patient experience journey mapping project, seeking to improve the quality of life for patients through understanding their lived experience. Jonathan received his master’s degree in Design Innovation from MassArt, with specialties in user experience design, contextual research, and concept development.
