This panel will draw from experts in study design, including Partners HealthCare, Evidation Health and Mount Sinai, to highlight digital health pilot protocols, their key design aspects, the merits of different protocols and considerations for achieving clear, validated results that meet the needs of pilot partners. Aligning with the theme of the Connected Health Conference –The Connected Life Journey--the panel will focus on pilots from different ages and stages of life (e.g. prenatal care, infant/child health, adolescence, geriatrics).
New this year, the Brigham Digital Innovation Hub will be taking part in the Innovation Lounge at the Connected Health Conference. This lounge is a curated area of the exhibit floor which will feature innovative collaborations and initiatives in connected health; and will serve as a hub for thought leadership content showcased through presentations, demos, videos, press activities, major announcements and facilitated networking. This presentation will provide an overview of the Brigham Digital Innovation Hub (iHub) and cover different systems, processes and tools that the iHub created to enable digital innovation to advance efficiently. Two projects will be featured;
1) the creation of a mHealth research platform that streamlines research innovation and the use of digital tools in research studies.
2) the creation of the Digital Health Innovation Guide (DHIG) to streamline the digital innovation review process.
